For the first time in five months, the top home sales in Greater Cincinnati were lower than they were a year ago. However, the market continued a now nine-month streak of the top 10 home sales all topping $1 million. The top 10 homes sold in December were all more than $1.2 million, but those sales didn’t surpass the top 10 sales of December 2018, when two homes sold for more than $2 million.
