NexTech AR Solutions Corp (CSE:NTAR) (OTCQB: NEXCF) (CSE: NTAR) announced Thursday that it has achieved record revenue and gross profit in January. The company saw $800,000 in revenue and a gross profit of $528,000. That was the highest revenue ever achieved in a single month, which represents a 110% increase in revenue and 172% increase in gross profits year-over-year. CytoDyn Inc (OTCMKTS:CYDY), a late-stage biotechnology company, said Thursday that it has filed a Phase 2 protocol for a basket trial with its lead drug leronlimab for treating all solid cancer tumors with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under its cancer investigational new drug (IND) program. In a statement, the Vancouver, Washington-based company said it can immediately initiate enrollment in the Phase 2 clinical trial for the treatment of 22 different solid tumor cancers, including melanoma, brain-glioblastoma, throat, lung, stomach, breast, testicular, ovarian, uterine, pancreas, bladder, and colon carcinoma among other indications. EuroLife Brands Inc (CSE:EURO) (OTCMKTS:EURPF), the cannabis-focused group, has formed a panel of expert European advisors to help the company realise its business aims. Dr Heinz Schönleber, Josed Spaeth and Eckart Keil have joined as independent advisors to offer their expert knowledge on hemp product(s), agriculture and finance, the firm said in a statement. Mota Ventures Corp (CSE:MOTA) (OTCMKTS:PEMTF) is teaming up with BevCanna Enterprises Inc (CSE:BEV) (OTCMKTS:BVNNF) on a joint venture that would allow Mota to market and sell BevCanna's CBD products in Europe. The companies have signed a letter of intent to negotiate a venture in which BevCanna will contribute its in-house brands and formulations, as well as its proprietary intellectual property for water-soluble powders. Mota, on its part, will arrange manufacturing, marketing and distribution in Europe, with a particular emphasis on Spain, Portugal, Austria, Germany, France and the UK American Manganese Inc (CVE:AMY) (OTCMKTS:AMYZF) announced a boost today from the Canadian government for its ground-breaking lithium-ion battery recycling project.  The group's technology recycles spent batteries to extract cathode metals, such as lithium, cobalt, nickel, manganese, and aluminum. In a statement, American Manganese revealed it will receive advice and conditional funding from the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP) to support the International Co-Innovation Action Plan (ICAP) between the company and Europe-focused firm Battery Safety Solutions (BSS). The main aim is to achieve a demonstration lithium-ion battery (LIB) recycling plant in Europe and North America. Phunware Inc (NASDAQ:PHUN) announced Thursday the successful deployment of its Multiscreen-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform for a publicly-traded destination casino resorts operator with a global footprint. “We are extremely honored that another category-defining brand selected Phunware to drive its digital transformation initiatives on mobile,” said CEO Alan Knitowski in a statement. “Our MaaS platform provides hospitality operators worldwide with the ability to more easily engage, manage and monetize their guests while scaling seamlessly to each of their properties both domestically and abroad.” Phunware said it launched at two multi-billion dollar resort properties representing two of the largest luxury casino hotels in the US. Exro Technologies Inc (CSE:XRO) (OTCMKTS:EXROF) is motoring across new terrain thanks to a new partnership with Finland’s leading snowmobile manufacturer Aurora Powertrains Oy. The Vancouver-based clean motor manufacturer said Thursday that Aurora will use Exro’s technology in its all-electric snowmobile, the eSled. Exro’s technology will be added to Aurora’s electric powertrain. The agreement represents Exro’s expansion into a multi-billion-dollar market segment and a key step in its global commercialization strategy. Great Panther Mining Limited (TSE:GPR) (NYSEAMERICAN:GPL) outlined plans to maximise its Tucano gold mine's exploration potential and has plans to drill 55,000 metres, at a budget of US$6.6 million this year. Tucano in Brazil was bought in March last year and is already seeing improved production rates.  Last year, Great Panther carried out 17,400 metres of exploration drilling. Media Central Corporation Inc (CSE:FLYY) said Thursday that its subsidiary NOW Central Communications Inc has launched its inaugural Renters Survey which will reveal the realities of renting in Toronto and help shape NOW’s future reportage on housing. The results will be published in NOW’s March 26 issue, which is available across 800 newsstands and online at nowtoronto.com.  Auryn Resources Inc (TSE:AUG) (NYSEAMERICAN:AUG) told investors that it has raised C$10.1 million following the closing of its previously announced private placing. The firm said it aims to use the net proceeds to pay for continued surface exploration at its Sombrero and Curibaya projects in southern Peru and for general working capital. Ximen Mining Corp (CVE:XIM) said the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to its non-brokered private placement, announced on January 30, 2020, which will see the issue of 500,000 shares at a purchase price of 30 cents each, together with 500,000 share purchase warrants at an exercise price of 45 cents each for an 18-month period, with one placee. It said the TSX Venture Exchange has also accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 771,428 shares at a deemed price of 35 cents per share to settle outstanding debt for $270,000 with two creditors. Arctic Star Exploration Corp (CVE:ADD) said the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to its non-brokered private placement, announced on November 19, 2019, which will see the issue of 17,768,000 shares at a purchase price of 5 cents each, together with 17,768,000 share purchase warrants at an initial exercise price of 15 cents each with a two-year expiry, with 39 placees. Lingo Media Corporation (CVE:LM) has granted 450,000 stock options to directors and employees of the education technology company, the Toronto-based firm reported Thursday. The options are exercisable at C$0.05 per share under a three-year term. For directors, the options will vest quarterly over 12 months, while for employees they will vest quarterly over 18 months. Genprex Inc (NASDAQ:GNPX) said it received notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market on Tuesday that it had regained compliance with the exchange’s minimum bid price requirement. Now that the clinical-stage gene therapy company has once again satisfied the bid price rule, Nasdaq said it considers the matter to be closed.
