Lakeville leads metro-area cities in February home starts

Metro-area cities saw more home construction permits pulled in February than they did the same month a year ago, Housing First Minnesota reported Thursday.  There were 406 permits pulled for 880 total units in February, according to data compiled by Keystone Report, which surveys most cities in the 13-county metro area.
