The Oregon Health Authority announced four more positive tests for COVID-19 on Wednesday, bringing the total to 19. OHA confirmed a new case each in Polk, Marion, Umatilla and Deschutes counties, none of which involved travel to a country with an active outbreak. The positive tests done at the state lab are considered presumptive until they are confirmed by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
