More than 50 senior medical school students at the University of Kansas School of Medicine will graduate early and deploy throughout Kansas to combat the COVID-19 crisis.  The students will join the Kansas Pandemic Volunteer Health Care Workforce, which will allow them to start working immediately, before their residency training begins on July 1, according to a release.
