Top of the List: Central Ohio's busiest developers landed $1.21 bilion in projects in 2019

Anyone who spent time dodging barrels and watching cranes around Central Ohio in 2019 knows it was a huge year for commercial development. Indeed, the developers included in this year's list of commercial real estate developers totted up $1.53 billion in project costs for work located in Central Ohio, and $2.13 billion for all projects contracted through their Central Ohio offices.
