Hair salons, pot shops and barbers: Here's what can reopen on May 25

Under the four-phase plan detailed by Gov. Charlie Baker last week, several types of non-emergency businesses and facilities are authorized to reopen their doors, with safety standards and industry-specific guidelines, starting Monday, May 25.
