Two J.C. Penney stores in the western region of Upstate New York are among the 154 nationwide slated to close this summer by the financially ailing retailer. The stores are anchor locations in the Batavia City Center plaza and Canandaigua’s Roseland Shopping Center. Spared, for now, are J.C.
