Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference suspends all fall sports

North Carolina A&T football team's attempt to leave the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference as a fourpeat champion may be over before it had a chance to begin. The MEAC announced Thursday it was suspending all fall sports indefinitely because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The conference is considering moving fall sports to the spring semester but had not made a decision yet. A&T has won three straight MEAC titles and four of the last five.
