A Hawaiian Airlines flight attendant who participated in a training session linked with a Covid-19 cluster has died after testing positive for the virus, the company confirmed Wednesday. Jeff Kurtzman was a senior flight attendant based in Los Angeles and had been with the airline since 1986.
