The Shelby County Health Department has broadened its restriction on bars, which will force some on Beale Street to close. On Friday afternoon, the health department released its ninth coronavirus-related health directive. The directive increases the number of drinking establishments that must close and further restricts the restaurants that remain open. When the department first closed bars on July 7, the directive only included establishments licensed by the state as "limited-service restaurants."…
