Retailer closing several Alabama locations

A retailer that specializes in clothing and accessories for tweens is permanently closing hundreds of stores, including 11 in Alabama and two in metro Birmingham. Justice is closing 600 brick-and-mortar locations and will shift operations to online, according to court documents viewed by USA Today.
