Pier 1 Imports IP bought by New York-based investment firm Retail Ecommerce Ventures

Retail Ecommerce Ventures won the rights to Pier 1 Imports Inc.’s label and assets related to its e-commerce business for $31 million, according to a news release.  New York-based REV now has the Fort Worth-based retailer’s assets including the trademark name, intellectual property, data and more.
