Report: APD saw 34% uptick in departures in June

More Austin Police Department officers and cadets are leaving the force this year than last, according to the Austin American-Statesman. APD departures are up 34% year-over-year through mid-June, a continuation of a trend that has seen the rate of departures more than double since the end of 2017, according to the Statesman.
