Wisconsin capacity limit for bars, restaurants back in effect after judge denies injunction

The Tavern League of Wisconsin and its co-plaintiffs argued the limit ordered by Wisconsin Department of Health Services Secretary-designee Andrea Palm was harmful to businesses and should have been decided through a rule-making process.
