One Thousand Museum developer sells new Miami Beach mansion for $13M (Photos)

A company led by Greggory S. Covin, a co-developer of the One Thousand Museum condo in Miami, sold a new mansion in Miami Beach for $12.5 million. Covin’s 6493 AR Development LLC sold the 7,250-square-foot home at 6493 Allison Road to US PLO 224 LLC, managed by Laurent Ouazana, the CEO of insurance firm Entoria.
