Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody announced Wednesday a $113 million agreement with Apple, in response to Apple’s decision to throttle consumers’ iPhone speeds in order to address unexpected phone shutdowns. Based on a multistate investigation that included more than 30 attorneys general, Apple allegedly discovered that battery issues were leading to unexpected shutdowns in iPhones.
