German fashion e-tailer Mytheresa files for U.S. IPO

The parent company of German online retailer Mytheresa has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering. MYT Netherlands Parent B.V. said in a statement it intends to list American Depositary Shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol MYTE.
