Residents make decision on further legal challenges to Topgolf's Louisville plan

The legal fight to halt the construction of a Topgolf entertainment complex at Oxmoor Center in Louisville is done.  The group of Louisville residents that challenged the facility has declined to appeal the case to the Kentucky Supreme Court after losing multiple challenges in court, attorney Steve Porter said.
