Portman says his retirement won’t affect his Trump impeachment vote

U.S. Sen. Rob Portman, whose decision not to run for re-election in 2022 on Monday shook up Ohio politics, said the fact he won't face voters again will not make a difference in how he votes in former President Donald Trump’s upcoming impeachment trial.
