A company headed by Mary Anne Shula, the widow of NFL Hall of Famer Don Shula, sold a condo at the Four Seasons Residences at the Surf Club in Surfside for $11.6 million. Magdalene Francis LLC, managed by Mary Anne Shula, sold the 3,925-square-foot Unit S-205 in the condo at 9001 Collins Ave. to Steve Martinez. The price equated to $2,955 per square foot.
