Large KC-based commercial truck dealer will sell to Penske Automotive Group

Kansas City Freightliner, which sells and services commercial trucks and vans, has an agreement to sell to Penske Automotive Group Inc. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. However, a release announcing the deal said Penske expects the purchase to generate $450 million in annual revenue. Kansas City Freightliner is part of the Westfall O’Dell Dealer Group, according to its website.
