U.S. district judge set to review CDC restrictions on cruise ships in Florida

A U.S. district judge will hear arguments Wednesday, May 12, in Florida’s request for a preliminary injunction against federal restrictions that have idled the cruise-ship industry during the Covid-19 pandemic. Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody, backed by Gov.
