Newsom unveils details of $100 billion 'California Comeback Plan'

Gov. Gavin Newsom laid out his proposal for the 2021-2022 state budget Friday, suggesting the state use its $75.7 billion surplus to “set the state up for not just a comeback, but an extraordinary decade, arguably century, ahead.”
