NetCents Technology Inc (CSE:NC) (FRA:26N) (OTCPINK:NTTCF) has announced the appointment of Colin Sutherland as its interim chief financial officer. The company said Sutherland replaces Christopher Cherry, who has resigned as both CFO and a director. The company thanked Cherry for his services and wished him success in his future endeavors. Sutherland is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 20 years of financial and operational experience with development-stage companies. READ: NetCents Technology names industry veteran Marcie Verdin as executive VP of card and solutions development NetCents said he has held numerous senior executive roles globally, most recently with Magna Gold Corp (CVE:MGR) (OTCMKTS:MGLQF) as its CFO and a director.  Sutherland has also worked with Arizona Metals Corp (CVE:AMC) (OTCMKTS:AZMCF), NQ Minerals Plc (OTCMKTS:NQMLF), Amarillo Gold Corporation (CVE:AGC) (OTCMKTS:AGCBF), and McEwen Mining Inc (NYSE:MUX). During the course of his career, NetCents noted that Sutherland has led several M&A, equity, and debt transactions, and has returned significant value to shareholders.
