Developer of Google's new Manhattan building says sale is validation of 'distinct vision'

When executives at developer Oxford Properties decided to buy and renovate St. John's Terminal on Manhattan's West Side in 2017, they did not envision selling the building a few years later to Google LLC. Here, the head of U.S. developments talks about the deal.
