Federal Donuts debuts largest location yet with new Parkway store

Federal Donuts, the popular donut and fried chicken concept from James Beard Award-winning Chef Michael Solomonov's CookNSolo restaurant group, opened its 10th location on Wednesday with the debut of a new store in the Art Museum area.  The outpost at 1776 Benjamin Franklin Pkwy. is the largest one yet from the brand, taking up 1,600 square feet on the ground floor of The Terrace on 18th apartment complex from real estate developer Pearl Properties.
