Raleigh T-shirt company settles trademark dispute with The North Face

Six months after outdoor apparel giant The North Face sued a Raleigh entrepreneur over trademarks, the case has settled – with the local clothier now banned from selling wares with the infringing logo. The California-based company filed suit against self-described urban apparel entrepreneur Malik Grubbs last year, claiming he “copied and infringed” on its signature half dome trademark with a “The Trap Face” logo.
