In a heated vote, Clearwater chooses Ruth Eckerd Hall over Vinik Sports Group to manage new waterfront amphitheater

The city council went against the recommendation of the selection committee in a 3-2 vote and selected Ruth Eckerd Hall to manage the new amphitheater over the Vinik Sports Group/OVG360 partnership.
