Akasa, India's youngest airline, will start international flights next month. It becomes the first Indian carrier to fly overseas in a record period of 19 months since its inception, under the government's relaxed 0/20 rule. The airline will operate a four times weekly direct flight between Mumbai and Doha, facilitating tourism, commerce, and strengthening bilateral ties.
