'Ted Lasso' wins Best Comedy at Writers' Guild Awards

The Writers' Guild of America has crowned Apple TV+ hit "Ted Lasso" as both Best Comedy, and Best New Series.

Following its three Critics Choice awards, and its one Golden Globe, "Ted Lasso" has now won two categories in the 2021 Writers' Guild of America Awards. The football comedy is currently in production for its second season.
