House Majority Whip James Clyburn (D-SC) said he "cringed" after hearing presumptive 2020 Democratic nominee and former Vice President Joe Biden telling The Breakfast Club host Charlamagne tha God "you ain't black" if you're still not sure whether to vote for him.
