Celebrities pen open plea to Putin for Navalny's health care

The letter called on the Russian leader to provide medical treatment to Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny, who is on hunger strike in prison. It was signed by J.K. Rowling, Benedict Cumberbatch, David Duchovny and others.
