Coronavirus: Mexico becomes fourth country to hit 100,000 COVID-19 deaths

With only 2.5 million tests carried out in a country of 130 million, the pandemic is taking a psychological toll on Mexicans who face a struggle to encourage people to take precautions against the virus.
