NFL condemns racist language used by Jon Gruden in 2011 email

The Las Vegas Raiders coach used a racist trope to describe DeMaurice Smith, the executive director of the NFL Players Association, in an email to Bruce Allen that was uncovered during the NFL's investigation of the Washington Football Team. The email was sent when Gruden was a broadcaster for ESPN.
