Seresto flea and tick collars potentially linked to thousands of incidents, nearly 1,700 pet deaths

A Congressional subcommittee is asking the maker of Seresto pet collars to voluntarily recall their product after thousands of reports of harm to animals, even death, were potentially linked to the collar. Anna Werner reports.
