SC stays Uttarakhand HC order directing CBI probe against CM

The Supreme Court on Thursday stayed Uttarakhand high court order directing CBI probe against state chief minister Trivendra Singh Rawat into corruption allegations against him. The apex court said there was no prayer by petitioner for such a direction and the HC passed the order without giving an opportunity to the CM.
