Covid-19 death count crosses 2 lakh in India; over 3,000 deaths in a day

India on Wednesday reported a record rise in Covid-19 deaths over the last 24 hours, taking its total fatalities past the 200,000 mark and the total tally of cases to over 1.8 crore. India is now reporting more than 3,000 deaths and 3.6 lakh new cases in a day.
