Six-minute walk test; no remdesivir: Centre's guidelines for management of Covid in kids

The government on Wednesday released detailed guidelines for the management of Covid-19 among children. In the guidelines, the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) under the Union health ministry has advised against the use of remdesivir in kids. The DGHS recommended use of steroids only in hospitalised moderately severe and critically ill Covid-19 cases under strict supervision.
