Patna HC grants interim relief to sacked mukhiya for filing papers on last day of nomination

Friday was the last day to file nomination papers for the said panchayat and the relief was granted by the division bench of Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah and Justice Anjani Kumar Sharan just hours before, while hearing her appeal.
