Around 5.32pm, he sent a WhatsApp message to his brother, Dr Sunil Singh, who’s attached to Rura Primary Health Centre in Kanpur Dehat, stating — "Sunil please inform police that I have killed Chandraprabha, Shikhar and Khushi in depression."
