Kerala: CPM worker brutally murdered in Kannur, party blames RSS

In a gruesome murder, a 54-year-old CPM activist Korambil Thazhekuniyil Haridasan was hacked to death at Punnol near Thalassery in Kannur district in the wee hours of Monday. Haridasan sustained around 20 injuries, mostly below his waist, in the attack and his left leg was chopped off below the knee by the assailants. There were deep sword wounds in his right leg and also in his hand when he tried to fend off the attack.
