Chennai: Anna Salai elevated corridor to cut travel time from 30 minutes to 4 minutes

In the absence of an effective traffic plan, it currently takes 30 minutes for a vehicle to cross the three-kilometre stretch on Anna Salai between Teynampet and Saidapet, according to the state highway department's speed delay survey.
