Ahmedabad: 25-year-old medico hangs self in hostel

A 25-year-old first year MD (ophthalmology) student hanged himself in his hostel room on Civil Hospital campus on Wednesday, six days after joining the course. This is the sixth suicide of a medical student in two months.
