All India Congress Committee Presidential Candidate Mallikarjun Kharge on Wednesday reached Chandigarh to campaign for the party’s ensuing organisational elections on Wednesday where he addressed the delegates of Chandigarh, Haryana, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee and sought votes.
