Centre okays renaming of Aurangabad and Osmanabad

The Centre on Friday approved the renaming of Aurangabad to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Osmanabad to Dharashiv, reports Priyanka Kakodkar. “This is a historic decision and has been achieved as the same party is in power at the Centre and the state,” said minister Girish Mahajan.
