Haryana defends Dera chief, says he's not a 'hardcore criminal'

Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh isn’t “a hardcore criminal” and his conviction in two murder cases cannot be termed “serial killings”, the Haryana government has claimed in response to a petition challenging its January 21 order granting him 40-day parole.
