Probe ordered as Darul Uloom 'bans' pupils from learning English from outside

After Darul Uloom Deoband, one of the largest Islamic seminaries in the country, issued a circular in Urdu "prohibiting students from learning English or other language courses from outside while studying in the seminary", Saharanpur district magistrate (DM) initiated a probe in the matter, the report of which is expected to be submitted by Friday evening.
