G20 Summit: Nitish Kumar to attend President dinner

Nitish Kumar, the chief minister of Bihar, may have to shake hands with Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the G20 dinner on Saturday in New Delhi even though he has avoided doing so ever since leaving the NDA in August of last year.
