No trace of double murder accused for 8 years, family tries to put the past behind

Vidyadhar Rajbhar, a key accused in the Kandivli double murder case, has been absconding for eight years and his family has given up hope of ever seeing him again. Rajbhar's wife and mother spoke to TOI, stating that they do not know if he is dead or alive and that he has never contacted them. His wife recalls meeting Hema Upadhyay, one of the murder victims, at her wedding but has never met Chintan Upadhyay, Hema's husband and the mastermind behind the murders. Rajbhar's disappearance has left his family homeless and his fabrication workshop sealed by the police.
